1.

Disconnect the oxygen sensor's cables, undo the cable clamp and the clip and lift up the car.
Important
|
Do not twist the cables. The oxygen sensor is very sensitive to blows and impacts and must be handled with care.

Remove the oxygen sensor.
|
3.
|
Take out the new oxygen sensor and apply Molycote 1000 (30 20 971) on the threads to prevent seizure.
Important
|
It is important that the connection between the oxygen sensor and the nipple is impervious to gas.
|
|
|
4.
|
Fit the oxygen sensor.
Tightening torque 55 Nm (41 lbf ft).
|
5.
|
Lower the car, reconnect the cables and fit the hose clamp and the clip.
