Replacement of secondary air injection pipe (4-cyl)

Replacement of secondary air injection pipe (4-cyl)



1. Undo the air hose from the check valve and remove the check valve.

2. Remove the injection pipe from the exhaust manifold.

3. Fit the injection pipe to the exhaust manifold.


Tightening torques

- 4 cap nuts 30 Nm (22 lbf ft)

- 2 securing nuts 25 Nm (18.5 lbf ft)

4. Fit the check valve.

Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18.5 lbf ft).

5. Reconnect the air hose to the check valve.
