| 1. |
Take off the engine
cover.

| 2. |
Remove the connecting pipe from the throttle body.
|
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the throttle cable and Cruise Control cable.
|
|
| 4. |
Unscrew the expansion tank filler cap to release the pressure in the cooling
system.
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the idle air control valve.
|
|
| 6. |
Disconnect the coolant hoses from the throttle body.
|
|
| 7. |
Disconnect other hoses from the throttle body.
|
|
| 8. |
Remove the throttle position sensor.
|
|
| 9. |
Remove the 4 retaining screws and lift away the throttle body.

| To fit |
| 1. |
Check the condition and
positioning of the O-ring.
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the throttle body and tighten the retaining screws.
Tightening torque 8 Nm (6lbf ft) |
|
| 3. |
Fit the throttle position sensor.
|
|
| 5. |
Connect all hoses as well as the throttle cable and Cruise Control cable.
|
|
| 6. |
Fit the idle air control valve.
|
|
| 7. |
Fit the connecting pipe to the throttle body.
|
|
| 8. |
Fit the cover in place.
|
|
| 9. |
Check the function
|
