1.

Disconnect the negative battery
cable.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the airbag module. To do this, unscrew the bolts at the rear
(underside) of the steering wheel.
Warning
|
|
When the airbag module has been removed,
never
place it with
the steering wheel pad facing
downwards
.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3.
|
Lift out the airbag module and unplug the connector.
|
|
4.
|
Prise out the horn buttons, using a screwdriver.
|
|
5.
|
Bend aside the switch contacts on each side of the steering wheel.
|
|
6.
|
Remove the screw securing the horn switch and unplug the
connector.
|
|
Warning
|
|
Take the utmost care when fitting the airbag module back in place.
|
|
|
|
|
|
In other respects, refit in reverse
order.
