Loose seal around front direction indicators




Cars affected

Saab 900 M94-98 and 900CV M95-98.

Background

The seal around the front direction indicators/light clusters on the cars concerned can come loose.

Perform the following procedure after customer complaint.

Parts required

Clips (2): 40 87 797

Procedure


1. Dismantle the front direction indicator/light cluster.

2. Fit a clip over the seal on the edge closest to the headlight, approx. 10 mm from the end of the seal. See illustration.

3. Repeat the procedure on the other side.
