Headlamps

The headlamps will be switched on when ignition switch 20 is in position X and lights switch 10 in position 2.

Check that fuses 8 and 9 (main beam) and 6 and 7 (dipped beam) are intact and supplied with current.

Check that the bulbs are OK and supplied with current.

Check the grounding of each lamp.

Check the connectors, wiring harness and ground connections.

Important
Whenever it is necessary to change any of the bulbs, always fit a bulb of the correct rating. The "DEFECTIVE LAMP" or INFO DISPL indicator lamp may otherwise light up in the main instrument display due to imbalance in the filament monitor.

The car's wiring and headlamp reflectors are not designed for higher ratings.
