Before starting work, the negative lead must first be disconnected from the battery.

Lift the left-hand front seat to its uppermost position.
|
|

|
Remove the scuff plate.
|
|
4.
|
Lift up the carpet just in front of the B pillar in order to gain access to the theft alarm connector.

: Remove the seat-belt bolt located on the floor.

|
5.
|
Connect the control module to the 25-pin connector.
|
|
6.
|
Secure the control module with the two plastic nuts.
|
