Remove the air
cleaner.

Relieve belt tensioner pressure and remove the belt from the
pulley.

Use puller 89 96 423 and remove the belt
pulley.

| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the new pulley on the
shaft.
|

| 2. |
Use fitting tool 89 98 415 and fit the new belt pulley.
|
|
| 3. |
The pulley should be fitted so that its hub comes 0.5 mm outside the
end of the pump shaft.

Fit the belt on the pulley and remove the strain relief.
|

| 5. |
Fit the air cleaner.
