Check the following fuses:

Connect a BOB to the ACC control module and take the following test readings with the ignition switch in the Drive position:

2.a.
|
Between battery positive and pin 22. The reading should be less than 0.5 V.
|
|
|
2.b.
|
Between battery positive and pin 4. The reading should be less than 0.5 V.
|
|
|
2.c.
|
Between pin 1 and battery negative. The reading should be less than 0.4 V at full fan.
|
|
3.
|
Check the wiring for continuity and shorting between the control module and the fuses and also between the control module and the grounding points.
