Programming problem?

Reprogram the soft top and be especially precise with the overlap values. If the problem persists, try reducing the fifth bow overlap value one unit at a time until the problem is rectified. Do not reduce the fifth bow overlap value more than 3 units, as this will cause other problems to arise, such as the main motors faltering while the soft top is being lowered.
