Wheel bolt, replacing
| Wheel bolt, replacing |
| Note | ||
|
         It is not necessary to remove the wheel when replacing one or more wheel bolts. |

If all wheel bolts are to be replaced, replace one at a time and torque tighten as follows.

    | Aluminium wheel |
Oil the bolt threads.
Tightening torque: 110 Nm (81 lbf ft)
| Pressed steel wheels |
Tightening torque: 50 Nm +90° +90°, max 110 Nm (37 lbf ft +90° +90°, max 81 lbf ft)
| Note | ||
|
        To avoid tightening the bolts too hard when fitting steel wheels, angle tighten with a torque wrench set to 110 Nm (81 lbf ft). If the torque wrench indicates that 110 Nm (81 lbf ft) has been reached, stop tightening. |
