Remove the V-belt.
Remove the crank pulley.
Remove the timing belt cover.
Remove the timing belt assembly.
Remove the cam sprocket.
Remove the crank sprocket.
Remove the tensioner bracket.
Remove the timing belt cover No. 2 (RH).
Disconnect the ignition coil connector.
Remove the ignition coil.
Remove the rocker cover and gasket.
Loosen the intake camshaft cap bolts equally, a little at a time in alphabetical sequence shown in the figure.
Remove the intake camshaft cap and intake camshaft.
Loosen the exhaust camshaft cap bolts equally, a little at a time in alphabetical sequence shown in the figure.
Remove the exhaust camshaft caps and exhaust camshaft.

Arrange the camshaft caps in order so that they can be installed in their original positions. |
Similarly, remove the camshafts (RH) and related parts.
