REMOVAL

Remove the V-belts.

Remove the crank pulley.

Remove the timing belt cover.

Remove the timing belt.

Remove the cam sprocket.

Disconnect the PCV hose and remove the rocker cover.

Removal of valve rocker assembly

Remove the bolts (a) through (h) in alphabetical sequence.

Note
Leave two or three threads of bolts (g) and (h) engaged in order to retain the valve rocker assembly.

Remove the valve rocker assembly.
