REMOVAL

REMOVAL

Remove the manual transmission assembly from vehicle.

Remove the back-up light switch and neutral position switch.

Remove the transfer case with extension case assembly.

Remove the transmission case.

Remove the drive pinion shaft assembly.

Remove the main shaft assembly.



Remove the differential assembly.

Remove the shifter forks and rods.

Pull out the straight pin, and remove the idler gear shaft, reverse idler gear and washer.

Remove the reverse shifter lever.
