1. Washer fluid, top up.
2. Maxifuse nr 1 in the main fuse box, to fit
3. DICE/TWICE fuse 11, to fit
4. Anti-theft alarm, affix labels
5. (Sweden and Finland markets only). Child seat warning label, to fit
6. Saab Information Display: Clock, setting. SID, programming
7. ACC unit, programming
8. Wipers and washers, checking function
9. Tyre pressure, checking and eventual adjustment (incl. spare tyre)
10. Oil level, leakage, checking and eventual topping up. Engine, automatic transmission and power steering
11. Fluid level, leakage, checking and eventual topping up. Cooling system, brake and clutch systems
12. Battery voltage, checking
13. (M1998). Cylinder head bolts, retightening
14. Underbody, raise the car and inspect the underbody for any transit damage. Note that the corrosion protection must be intact.
Important

Do not jack up the rear end of the car or the rear axle.


15. Brake disc transit protection, removing (only certain markets)
16. Rear axle mounting, retightening
17. Cover in spoiler, to fit. Place tools and included accessories.
18. (Only European market). "Certificate of Conformity", put document in customer service book.
19. TWICE control module, programming
20. Diagnostic trouble codes, delete in all control modules.
21. Road test
22. US and CA markets only . Diagnostic trouble codes after road test, check that no new trouble codes have been detected in the control systems for engine and automatic transmission.
23. Cleaning
Warning

Lengthy and repeated contact with mineral oil removes the natural oils from your skin, drying it out and causing irritation. If oil has been swallowed, do not provoke vomiting. Call a doctor.
