Before replacing a control module the normal fault diagnosis in accordance with WIS must be carried out, and the
Checklist for replacement of control module/electrical centre, REC
must have been worked through.
Carry out
actions before removing control module
.
1.

Remove the battery cover.
|
2.
|
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
|
3.
|
Open the left-hand side hatch in the luggage compartment.
|
4.
|
Remove the clips holding the luggage compartment carpet.
|
5.
|
Move the carpet aside.
|
6.
|
Detach the SPA control module from the main fuse box.
|
7.
|
Unplug the main fuse box connectors.
|
8.
|
Pull out the catch.
|
9.
|
Press in the lock tab and remove the main fuse box.
|
1.
|
Correctly position the bottom edge of the main fuse box.
|
2.
|
Press the top edge of the main fuse box into place and slide in the catch.
|
3.
|
Plug in the main fuse box connectors.
|
4.
|
Press the SPA connector into place on the main fuse box.
|
5.
|
Reposition the carpet.
|
6.
|
Fit the clips holding the luggage compartment carpet.
|
7.
|
Close the left-hand side hatch in the luggage compartment.
|
8.
|
Connect the negative cable of the battery.
|
9.
|
Fit the battery cover.
|
