Packing box, pinion shaft, limited slip differential, replacing

/ 9-3 (9440) / 2009 / 4. Transmission / All-wheel drive / Adjustment/replacement / Packing box, pinion shaft, limited slip differential, replacing

To remove

1.	Remove the differential clutch.

2.	Turn the limited slip differential with the packing box up.

3.	Clean the pinion shaft splines and fit DT-49231 Puller (A) on the packing box. Tighten the bolts (B) and remove the packing box.

To fit

1.	Carefully fit the packing box on the shaft.

2.	Fit the packing box in the housing with tool 83 90 114 Sleeve 4

3.	Fit Differential clutch .
