Filler cap sleeve, 4WD

To remove


1. Remove Fuel filler flap solenoid, 4D (434a) or Fuel filler flap solenoid, 5D (434a).

2. Remove Rear wing liner.

3. Remove the bolt (A) holding the fuel filler pipe in place.


4. Remove the fuel filler flap.

5. Detach the fuel filler pipe (A) from the filler cap sleeve.


6. Remove the filler cap sleeve (B) from the inner plate hole.

7. Remove the fuel filler flap.

8. Remove the filler cap sleeve (A) using 82 93 474 Removal tool . Start removing from the rear edge of the filler cap sleeve so that the retaining clips disengage.



To fit


1. Position the filler cap sleeve (A) and press in. Make sure that it engages properly around the plate.

2. Fit the filler cap sleeve (A) to the hole of the inner plate.


3. Attach the fuel filler pipe (B) to the filler cap sleeve.

4. Fit the bolt (A) to the fuel filler pipe.


5. Fit the fuel filler flap.

6. Fit the fuel filler flap.

7. Fit Rear wing liner.

8. Fit Fuel filler flap solenoid, 4D (434a) or Fuel filler flap solenoid, 5D (434a).
