Flywheel, 4WD, A20NFT, A19DTR

To remove


1. Remove Complete gearbox, A20NFT/LHU or Complete gearbox, Z19 DTR .

2. Remove Clutch assembly.

3. Remove the flywheel (A).



To fit


1. Fit the flywheel with new bolts. Use 74 96 292 Thread locking adhesive to the bolts. Tighten alternately.

Tightening torque, A20NFT/LHU 53 Nm +25° (39 lbf ft +25°)


2. Fit Clutch assembly .

3. Fit Complete gearbox, A20NFT/LHU or Complete gearbox, Z19 DTR .
