Flywheel, A20NFT, A19DTR

To remove


1. Remove. Complete gearbox, A20NFT/LHU 6 speed or Complete gearbox, Z19 DTR .

2. Remove Clutch assembly

3. Remove the flywheel



To fit


1. Fit the flywheel with new bolts. Use 74 96 292 Thread locking adhesive to the bolts. Tighten alternately.

Tightening torque, Z19 160 Nm (118 lbf ft)

Tightening torque, A20NFT/LHU 53 Nm + 25° (39 lbf ft + 25°)


2. Fit Clutch assembly .

3. Fit. Complete gearbox, A20NFT/LHU 6 speed or Complete gearbox, Z19 DTR .
