Oil level sensor

/ 9-5 (9600) / 2002 / 2. Engine / Engine management system, V6 diesel / Adjustment/replacement / Oil level sensor

To remove

1.	Remove Sheet metal oil sump

2.	Loosen the oil level sensor's connector and remove the lock fork. Pay attention to the location of the lock fork.

3.	Remove the oil level sensor.

To fit

1.	Fit the oil level sensor with new O-ring. Coat with vaseline or the like to facilitate fitting. Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 lbf ft)

2.	Fit the lock fork and attach the connector.

3.	Fit Sheet metal oil sump .
