Crankshaft seal ring, rear

To remove


1. Remove the gearbox. See Gearbox removal Z19 or Gearbox assembly, Z19 .

2. Aut : Remove the driver plate.

3. Man : Remove the flywheel.

4. Remove Oil sump (in situ) .

5. Remove the bolts.


6. Remove the crankshaft seal ring.


To fit


1. Clean the sealing surface.

2. Fit the crankshaft seal ring using 32 025 044 Fitting tool, crankshaft seal .


3. Fit the bolts.

Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6 lbf ft)


4. Fit Oil sump (in situ) .

5. Man : Fit the flywheel.

6. Aut : Fit the driver plate. Use Thread locking adhesive, Loctite 270 .

Tightening torque 160 Nm (118 lbf ft)

7. Fit the gearbox. See Gearbox installation Z19 or Gearbox assembly, Z19 .
