Removal |
1. |
Raise the car.

Remove the front spoiler shield (A).
|
3. |
Lower the car to a suitable working height.
|
4. |
Remove the bumper shell screws (A) at the right-hand wing liner.
|

Detach the shell from the side holder on the right-hand side. Detach the hook using a small screwdriver.
|
6. |
Separate the 6-pin connector (B).
|
7. |
Bend up the mounting frame for the lower grille and release the wiring harness fixtures.
|
8. |
Cars with fog lights:
Unplug the connectors (A) for the fog lights. |
9. |
Unplug the connector (B) for the outside temperature sensor and remove the wiring harness.

Refitting |
1. |
Position the wiring harness along the bumper, note the colour markings.
|
2. |
Cars with fog lights:
Plug in the connectors (A) for the fog lights.
|
3. |
Plug in the connector (B) for the outside temperature sensor.
|
4. |
Position the wiring harness in the alignment grooves in the mounting frame for the lower grille and fold down the mounting frame for the lower grille. Take care that neither the washer hose nor the wiring harness become trapped and that the frame clicks firmly into position.

Press the shell back and press the shell into the bracket.
|
7. |
Fit the wing liner's screws (A) in the right-hand wheel housing.
|
8. |
Fit the front spoiler shield (A).
|
9. |
Lower the car.
