Rear bumper shell/cellular block, 5D

Removing


1. Remove Rear bumper, 5D . Place it on a well protected work bench.

2. Remove Upper rear protective shell, 5D .

3. Remove the cellular blocks.


4. Cars with SPA : Remove the connector from the holder.

5. Detach the bumper rail from the protective shell by releasing the retaining clips.

6. Remove the cellular blocks from the protective shell (wedged into the protective shell's retaining wedges).


7. Cars with SPA : Remove the connectors.

8. When replacing the bumper shell, transfer the lower spoiler.

Cars with SPA : Transfer the sensor and holder.


Fitting


1. Cars with SPA : When replacing the cellular block, transfer the wiring harness. Plug in the connectors.


2. Fit the cellular blocks in the bumper shell.

3. Cars with SPA : Marke sure the connector holder is correctly positioned on the bumper rail.

4. Guide the bumper rail into the bumper shell guide pin. Fit the bumper rail to the bumper shell.


5. Cars with SPA : Fit the connector on the holder.

6. Fit the cellular blocks.

7. Fit Upper rear protective shell, 5D .

8. Fit Rear bumper, 5D .
