Service programme
Service programme |
General Information |
The car's display indicates when a service is due. When this message is displayed it is primarily due to driving conditions, such as cold starts, short journeys, driving with a trailer, driving with heavy loads, etc. The distance covered and time since previous service interval determines when it is time for a service. This means that the interval between services can vary considerably.
Note | ||
Only use Saab specification engine oil. See Recommended oil grade . |
Service plan |
There are three different service programmes:
1. 30 000 km-interval for European countries.
2. 10 000 miles-interval for US/CA.
3. 15 000 km-interval for other countries.
Annual service, Europe
This service type is intended for vehicles that drive a small number of km per year and therefore do not reach the km interval for the ordinary service.1. |

Pre-delivery service |
The customer will judge you and your business on the basis of the result. In this respect the first contact during the hand-over of the car is of particular significance. Therefore pay attention also to the small details. For example, make sure that there are not any oil or dirt stains and that the clock shows the correct time.
All due checks and adjustments must be carried out. In addition, unforeseen faults may have arisen during transport and storage. These must be seen as being repairs.
