Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooling Pipe Replacement - Upper

Preliminary Procedure

1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LDK/A20NHT) and Cooling System Draining and Filling (LBS/A20DTH) Cooling System Draining and Filling (LAU/A28NER) .

2. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .

3. Detach the charge air cooler outlet pipe for access. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe and Outlet Pipe Replacement .

4. Remove the engine control module from the battery tray.

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten

8 Nm (71 lb in)
