Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement

/ 9-5 (9650) / 2011 / 2. Engine / Basic engine, 1.6 l petrol / Adjustment/replacement / Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement

Removal Procedure

1.	Open hood.

2.	Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (LLU/A16LET) .

3.	Remove the drive belt tensioner fastener (2).

4.	Remove the drive belt tensioner (1).

Installation Procedure

1.	Clean the drive belt tensioner thread.

2.	Install the drive belt tensioner (1).

3.	Refer to Fastener Caution . Install the drive belt tensioner fastener (2) and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft) .

4.	Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (LLU/A16LET) .

5.	Close the hood.
