| Removal Procedure |
| 1. |
Remove the closure bolt (1).
|

| 2. |
Clean the thread.
|
|
| Measurement Procedure |
| 1. |
Install the
EN 498 B
gauge (2).
|
|
| 2. |
Install the
EN 232
adapter (1).
|
|
| 3. |
Start the engine.
|
|
| 4. |
Check oil pressure.
At idling speed, the oil pressure must be at least 130 kPa (18.85 psi) and the oil temperature must be 80°C (170°F) or more. |

| Installation Procedure |

Switch off the engine.
|
|
| 2. |
Remove the
EN 232
adapter.
|
|
| 3. |
Remove the
EN 498 B
gauge.
|
|
| 4. |
Install new closure bolt in the cylinder head.
|
|
| 5. |
Refer to
Fastener Caution
.
Tighten locking screw to 15 Nm (11 lb ft) . |

Check engine oil level.
