Replacing/removing the output shaft bearing race.

Note that the bushes for the selector shafts should be removed before cleaning the gear case. Certain detergents could destroy the bushes.

Mount the gearcase in a press.
|

Press out the bearing race with sleeve 87 91 311.
|
|

Turn the gearcase and fit the bearing race with a plastic hammer. Press in the new bearing race until it stops, using drift 87 90 800.
Use support 87 91 188
as a counterstay.
