To remove



1. Remove the gearbox as described in 4:1 Adjustment/replacement, Removal of gearbox.

2. Detach the delivery pipe.

3. Remove the three slave cylinder retaining bolts and pull out the slave cylinder.


Fitting



1. Apply Loctite 577, part no. 74 96 284, to the retaining bolts.

2. Screw on the slave cylinder.

Tightening torque 10 Nm (7 lbf ft)

3. Fit the delivery pipe to the slave cylinder.

4. Bleed the slave cylinder before fitting the gearbox, see .

5. Fit the gearbox, see 4:1 Adjustment/replacement, Fitting the gearbox.

6. Bleed the clutch, see .
