Visually inspect the damage. Repair as much of the damage as possible.

Do not damage any inner panels or reinforcements.

Note the number and location of the welds for installations of the service part.

Locate and drill out all of the necessary factory welds (1) on the rear wheelhouse panel.

Remove the damaged rear wheelhouse panel (2).

Prepare the new rear wheelhouse panel in the area (1).

(8 x 24 mm / 0.3 x 0.9 in)

Prepare the new rear wheelhouse panel in the area (1).
2 x slots
(6 x 20 mm / 0.2 x 0.8 in)

3.
|
Prepare the rear wheelhouse panel gus in the area (1).
4x slots
(8 x 24 mm / 0.3 x 0.9 in)
|

|
Prepare the rear wheelhouse panel gus in the area (1).
5 x slots
(8 x 24 mm / 0.3 x 0.9 in)

5.
|
Prepare new rear end upper panel in the area (1).
5 x slots
(6 x 20 mm / 0.2 x 0.8 in)

|
Clean and prepare the attaching surfaces for welding (1).
|

|
Position the new rear wheelhouse panel on the vehicle.
|
9.
|
Verify the fit of the new rear wheelhouse panel.
|
10.
|
Clamp the new rear wheelhouse panel into position.
|
11.
|
Spot weld the rear wheelhouse panel (1) accordingly.
|
12.
|
MIG-braze the rear wheelhouse panel (1).
|
13.
|
MIG-braze the rear wheelhouse panel (1).
|
14.
|
MIG-braze the rear wheelhouse panel (1).
|
15.
|
MIG-braze the rear wheelhouse panel (1).
|
16.
|
Grind MIG brazed seams.
|
