Procedure
Mark up the position with spray paint, to avoid vibrations after installation. Support with a column jack and
DT-49035
holder.
Tighten
20 Nm (15 lb ft)

Rear Differential Drive Flange Bolt (Qty: 6)
Procedure
1.
|
Use the DT-49147 support to hold the flange.
|
2.
|
Use the DT-49064 puller if the propeller shaft is stuck in the flange. Start with one bolt in the unthreaded hole, turn the puller a to the next hole and proceed with the next bolt.
|
3.
|
Rinse the threads with a screw tap M8 x 1,25
|
Tighten
30 Nm (22 lb ft)

Procedure
1.
|
Use the removal tool DT-49030 in two steps. In order to loosen the joint completely it may be necessary to place a wood block between the tool and flange.
